知识产权文化是指人类在社会实践过程中创造的与知识产权有关的物质财富和精神财富的总和,在分析知识产权文化内在结构和基本特征的基础上,提出构建知识产权文化应该注重培养知识产权文化知识、加强知识产权制度建设和组织以及设施的设立与完善。
