顾客知识是企业参与市场竞争的有力武器，是协助企业长期生存并在竞争中处于不败之地的重要资源。本文通过对顾客知识及供应链中顾客知识相关理论进行分析，构建了关于顾客知识影响供应链企业绩效的模型，并就此提出了促进顾客知识转移的相关建议。
