目的:研究青龙衣中具有抗肿瘤活性的二芳基庚烷类成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和大孔吸附树脂等色谱方法对药材抗肿瘤活性部位即乙酸乙酯部位和氯仿部位进行目的性分离。结果:共分离得到5个二芳基庚烷类化合物。利用核磁共振波谱方法确定了化合物的结构,分别为1-(4’-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基-4″-羟基苯基)-4-烯-3-庚酮(I),1-(4’-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基-4″-羟基苯基)-5-甲氧基-3-庚酮(Ⅱ),1-(4’-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基苯基)-2-羟基-3’,4″-环氧-3-庚酮(Ⅲ),4″-epoxy-1-(4’-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基苯基)-3’,4″-环氧-3-庚醇(Ⅳ),galleon(V)。结论:其中化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ为首次从青龙衣中分离得到的线型二芳基庚烷类化合物。
Objective: To study the antitumor activity of diarylheptane in Qinglongyi. Methods: The chromatographic methods such as silica gel column chromatography and macroporous adsorption resin were used to separate the target sites of ethyl acetate and chloroform. Results: Five diarylheptane compounds were isolated. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by NMR spectroscopy, which were 1- (4’-hydroxyphenyl) -7- (3 “-methoxy-4” -hydroxyphenyl) (I), 1- (4’-hydroxyphenyl) -7- (3 “-methoxy-4” -hydroxyphenyl) 4’-epoxy-3-heptanone (III), 4 “-epoxy-1- ( (Ⅳ), galleon (V) .Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ (4 ”-oxyphenyl) -7- For the first time from the Qinglong clothing isolated linear diarylheptane compounds.
