近日,国务院常务会议决定完善高新技术企业认定办法,以体现国家对高新技术创新活动的鼓励,并针对原先的《高新技术企业认定管理办法》(以下简称“原办法”)存在认定标准严苛、认定流程效率不高、后续监管力度不够的问题做出了修正。新办法呼应了2015年11月发布的《高新技术企业认定管理办法(征求意见稿)》,体现了高新技术企业认定管理工作将要面临的4大变化。
