为探讨二维超声应用于枪弹伤创伤弹道显像的价值 ,采用高频二维超声观测猪后肢软组织枪弹伤及其周围组织成像特点 ,并结合病理检查探讨其声学基础。结果发现 ,二维超声下 ,原发伤道形态有显著的特征 ,表现为走行清晰、内径不一、边缘不规整的管道状回声 ,而伤道内部回声随时间延长而呈动态变化。同时 ,伤道周围组织也表现出一定的声像图特点。研究表明 :二维超声显像能很好地分辨原发伤道、确定伤道的走向及分布 ,了解复杂伤道与毗邻组织脏器的关系 ,并可在一定程度上对伤道周围组织的损伤情况作一客观的评价 ,这对复杂伤道火器伤的治疗有重要的临床价值。
To investigate the value of two-dimensional ultrasound applied to the traumatic trauma trajectory imaging of gunshot wounds, we used high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound to observe the characteristics of bullet wounds and tissues around the hind limbs of pigs and explored the acoustic basis with pathological examination. The results showed that under two-dimensional ultrasonography, the morphological features of the primary injury were notable, which were characterized by clear-cut, uneven-diameter and irregular edge-shaped echoes, while the internal echoes of the injured wounds changed dynamically with time. At the same time, the tissue around the injured area also showed certain sonographic features. The study shows that two-dimensional ultrasound imaging can well distinguish the primary injury, to determine the direction and distribution of injuries, to understand the relationship between complex injuries and adjacent tissues and organs, and to some extent, the surrounding tissue of the injured An objective evaluation of the damage situation, which has important clinical value for the treatment of firearm injuries in complex injuries.
