在自然环境恶劣的毛乌素流动沙丘进行针叶树种选择造林试验结果表明:樟子松造林成活率可达100% ,保存率为88.5% ,而华北落叶松保存率为零。樟子松的高生长,胸径生长,材积生长量和单位面积蓄积量达到最大,为油松的 5.4 倍。樟子松的抗逆性和适应性亦远远高于油松、杜松、侧柏和华北落叶松。因此在毛乌素流动沙丘进行樟子松固沙造林,其生态效益和经济效益最高。
The result of coniferous species selection afforestation in the moving sand dunes of Mu Us desert with poor natural environment showed that afforestation survival rate of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica reached 100% with a conservation rate of 88.5%, while the preservation rate of Larix principis-rupprechtii was zero. Pinus sylvestris growth, diameter growth, volume growth and volume per unit area reached the maximum, 5.4 times the Pinus tabulaeformis. Pinus sylvestris resistance and adaptability is also much higher than Pinus tabulaeformis, juniper, arborvitae and Larix principis-rupprechtii. Therefore, the flowering sand dune in Mu Usu Pinus sylvestris afforestation, its ecological and economic benefits the highest.
