介绍了某输油管道系统的构成,分别采用公式法、HYSYS软件和SPS软件对管输系统的稳态工况进行了模拟,模拟结果显示公式法和HYSYS软件的稳态计算结果偏小,因此,在实际工程中若采用公式法和HYSYS软件计算稳态工况,计算结果应适当考虑一定裕量。由于公式法和HYSYS软件均无法实现瞬态工况的模拟,推荐采用SPS软件对管输系统瞬态工况进行模拟,根据管输系统在非正常工况下最高运行压力,最终确定合适的设计压力,保证管道的安全性和可靠性。
The composition of an oil pipeline system is introduced. The steady-state conditions of the pipeline system are simulated by the formula method, the HYSYS software and the SPS software respectively.
