As a basic project of school moral education, the status and role of behavioral norms education is unquestionable. Years of practice have proved that the role of the education and training of the behavioral norms of primary and secondary schools in advancing the reform of school education has played an important role in cultivating and bringing up the builders and successors of the socialist cause.
