目的探讨导流杂交基因芯片法(HybrMax法)在人乳头瘤病毒基因分型中的应用价值。方法利用快速导流杂交基因芯片技术对来我院妇科门诊就诊的796例妇女进行下生殖道HPV感染分型检测;选取其中502例,依据细胞学病理结果分为正常细胞学组、慢性炎症组、宫颈上皮内瘤变组(CIN组)和宫颈癌组,将各组HPV分型结果进行比对分析。结果细胞学正常组HPV感染率12.06%,慢性炎症组为23.69%,CINⅠ组33.69%,CINⅡ组59.61%,CINⅢ组为79.54%,宫颈癌组为96%,组间感染率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组均有HPV多重感染情况,且随着病变程度的加重,HPV多重感染率逐渐升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速导流杂交基因芯片技术HPV分型检测结合宫颈细胞学检查对宫颈病变患者的随访检查和疗效观察有重要的临床应用价值,对宫颈癌的早期预防和治疗意义重大。
Objective To investigate the value of HybrMax in genotyping of human papillomavirus (HPV). Methods Genotyping of HPV genotypes was performed in 796 women who came to the gynecology clinic in our hospital by rapid flow-through hybridization gene chip technique. 502 cases were selected and divided into normal cytology group, chronic inflammation group , Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group (CIN group) and cervical cancer group. The results of HPV typing in each group were compared and analyzed. Results HPV infection rate in normal group was 12.06%, in chronic inflammation group was 23.69%, in CINⅠ group was 59.61%, in CINⅡ group was 59.61%, in CINⅢ group was 79.54%, in cervical cancer group was 96%, and the difference between groups was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). All cases were infected with HPV, and with the severity of the disease, HPV infection rate gradually increased, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The rapid flow-through hybridization gene chip technology HPV genotyping combined with cervical cytology for cervical lesions in patients with follow-up examination and observation of the efficacy of an important clinical value, the early prevention and treatment of cervical cancer is of great significance.
