在本文中首先分析了激光和靶材相互作用过程中等离子体形成、靶表面压力产生和靶冲量传递,并应用一低能量高功率1.06μmYAG激光作用于不同靶材表面,采用摆偏技术测量了靶表面的位移,获得了不同条件下的靶冲量和冲量耦合系数。
In this paper, the formation of plasma, the generation of target surface pressure and the transfer of target impulse during the laser-target interaction are analyzed firstly. A low-energy and high-power 1.06μm YAG laser is applied to different target surfaces. The displacement of the target surface was obtained and the target impulse and impulse coupling coefficient under different conditions were obtained.
