宫缩乏力是产后出血的主要原因,而及时有效地处理宫缩乏力性产后出血,对降低孕产妇病死率是十分关键的。我院采用了改良B-Lynch子宫缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血取得了良好的疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:我院自2005年6月至2008年12月共收治宫缩乏力性产后出血24例,其中20例发生于剖宫产术中,2例发生于正常阴道分娩后,2例发生于由外院转入我院正常阴道分 Uterine atony is the main cause of postpartum hemorrhage, and timely and effective treatment of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage, reduce maternal mortality is very crucial. Our hospital adopted a modified B-Lynch uterine suture treatment of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage achieved good effect, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: Our hospital since June 2005 to December 2008 were treated 24 cases of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage, of which 20 cases occurred in cesarean section, 2 cases occurred in normal vaginal delivery , 2 cases occurred in our hospital from the normal vaginal points into the hospital
