去年10月25日至11月5日,美国联邦航空局(FAA)和中国民用航空局航空器适航司(CAAC-AAD)联合对上海航空工业公司的MD-82飞机生产线和麦道公司补偿贸易生产线及成都飞机工业公司的MD-82飞机机头生产线进行了ACSEP(航空器审定系统评审大纲)审查。 ACSEP是FAA自1992年开始试行的一种适航审查合格证件管理的新的评审方法。其目的是:保证民用航空产品的持续使用安全性,强化合格证件的管理,监督检查对适航管理法规的符合性,并不断完善和发展适航管理的法规和政策。
From October 25 to November 5 last year, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and CAAC-AAD of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC-AAD) teamed up with Shanghai Aviation Industry Corporation’s MD-82 aircraft production line and McDonnell Douglas’ compensation trade. The production line and Chengdu Aircraft Industry Corporation’s MD-82 aircraft nose production line conducted an ACSEP review of the aircraft certification system. ACSEP is a new assessment method that the FAA began trialing in 1992 as an airworthiness review certificate management. Its purpose is to ensure the continued safety of civil aviation products, strengthen the management of conformity certificates, supervise and inspect compliance with airworthiness regulations, and continuously improve and develop airworthiness regulations and policies.
