目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定平胃泡腾片中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法:以依利特C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱分离厚朴酚、和厚朴酚,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(31.5∶30.0∶38.5),检测波长为294nm。结果:厚朴酚在48.60~468.00μg/mL(r=0.9993)范围内呈良好的线性关系;和厚朴酚在10.12~100.20μg/ml(r=0.9994)范围内呈良好的线性关系。厚朴酚平均加样回收率为101.79%,RSD为1.59%,和厚朴酚平均加样回收率101.90%,RSD为1.78%。结论:方法简便易行,稳定性较好,可用于平胃泡腾片中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Pingwei Effervescent Tablets. METHODS: Magnolol and honokiol were separated on an Elite C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water (31.5∶30.0∶38.5). The detection wavelength was 294 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of honokiol in the range of 48.60-468.00 μg/mL (r=0.9993) and a good linear relationship with honokiol in the range of 10.12-100.20 μg/ml (r=0.9994). The average recovery of honokiol was 101.79%, the RSD was 1.59%, the average recovery of honokiol was 101.90%, and the RSD was 1.78%. Conclusion: The method is simple and convenient, and has good stability. It can be used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol in Pingwei effervescent tablets.
