在哈里蒙德管中进行了浮选闪锌矿、菱锌矿及白云石的试验,试验是在两种不同捕收剂浓度及多种不同pH值条件下进行的。对5-烷基水杨醛肟在矿物表面上的吸附作用进行了考察,并绘制了5-丁基水杨醛肟的吸附等温线。已经证明,5-烷基水杨醛肟在矿物表面的吸附,按下列的顺序递减:菱锌矿、闪锌矿及白云石。对于5-烷基水杨醛肟烃基碳链长度与捕收活性之间的相互关系,在哈里蒙德管中用单泡浮选的方法进行了研究。如果以菱锌矿及白云石浮选速率之间的差别作为衡量的尺度,那末本研究中,5-丙基水杨醛肟在浮选过程中具有最好的浮选选择性。已经发现,改变pH值的结果,会使吸附作用或浮选结果都发生变化。
Flotation of sphalerite, calamine and dolomite was conducted in the Harmony tube at two different collector concentrations and at various pH values. The adsorption of 5-alkylsalicylaldoxime on mineral surface was investigated, and the adsorption isotherm of 5-butyl salicylaldoxime was drawn. It has been demonstrated that the adsorption of 5-alkylsalicylaldoxime on mineral surfaces is decreasing in the following order: calamine, sphalerite and dolomite. The correlation between the carbon chain length of 5-alkylsalicylaldoxime hydrocarbyl hydrocarbon and the catching activity was investigated by single bubble flotation in a Harmony tube. If we consider the difference between the flotation rates of calamine and dolomite as a measure, the 5-propylsalicylaldoxime has the best flotation selectivity in the flotation process in this study. It has been found that changing the pH results in changes in either adsorption or flotation results.
