利用基于拉伸流变的叶片挤出机制备中药渣纤维/回收ABS复合材料,并研究叶片挤出机的加工温度、加工转速对复合材料结构与性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着叶片挤出机加工温度的升高,中药渣纤维/回收ABS复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度都呈现先增大后减小的趋势,并且在200℃时达到最大值,分别较最小值提高了19.48%、14.57%,冲击强度变化较小;叶片挤出机加工转速对复合材料综合力学性能的影响与加工温度类似,30rpm为最佳加工转速。从复合材料的SEM图可以看出,随着加工转速的提高,中药渣纤维在复合材料中的取向更加明显。
The preparation of Chinese medicine residue fiber / recycled ABS composite material by the rheological rheological blade extruder and the influence of processing temperature and processing speed of the blade extruder on the structure and properties of the composite material were studied.
