教师的心理素质是教师搞好教育教学工作的重要条件,是培养学生成才的可靠保证。教师的心理素质可分为三大类,即教师的教育机智、教师的教育能力和教师的人格特点。 一、教师的教育机智是教师心理素质必备的首要前提 所谓教育机智,是指教师对学生活动的敏感性及能根据新的、意外的情况快速成功地作出反应,果断地采取恰当教学措施的一种独特的心理素质。教师的教育机智并非是天生的,而是教师在学习教育理论,总结教育经验,努力参加教育实践的过程中逐步形成和发展起来的。作为青年教师尤其是刚刚走上讲台不久的青年教师,这一点是尤为欠缺的。因为我们的对象是活生生的、有自我意识的学生,尤其是那些青少年学生,他们正处在身心快速发展的时期,因而在学习过程中会出现一些新的、甚是意外的
