为解决化油器阀针有时卡住而增设的过油四方扁,机械加工十分困难,不能满足大量生产的要求。一九七五年八月,工人提出了电解加工的解决办法。我们带着这个问题,先后到了一些兄弟单位进行学习参观。回厂后,就立即投入了试验研究工作。在进行首次试验时,零件虽能基本成形,但其外圆有如毛刺的痕迹;尾部外圆则有腐蚀现象。经分析研究,发现产生毛刺痕迹的原因在于阴极头上的绝缘部分尚有毛刺;尾部腐蚀现象是由于阴极暴露
