本文扼要简述了真空离子轰击热处理的发展史,西德科罗克诺尔离子工程公司离子轰击设备与工艺的发展现状,日本真空技术股份公司研制的真空离子渗碳设备,并且介绍了我国近年来研制成功投入应用的几种真空离子渗碳、离子碳氮共渗炉和工艺的技术状况。通过比较的方法,阐述了离子轰击炉型设计与制造中的一些利弊,试图从炉型的设计和制造上扬长避短,对于完善我国离子化学热处理炉的使用功能和制造质量有所补益。
