在详细分析钢制储油罐组件焊接工艺特点的基础上,建立了斜接管与筒体的焊接有限元模型,采用间接法实现了热-结构耦合分析,定量地描述了焊接温度场与应力场;将拟设计的焊接夹具引入焊接数值模拟过程,为焊接变形控制及夹具设计提供了理论依据。实践证明,焊接数值模拟方法能够准确预测焊接变形,实现了焊接夹具的稳健设计。在现有焊接工艺基础上,焊接夹具有效降低了产品的焊接变形,使焊接质量一次性合格率在98%以上,焊后组件尺寸及几何公差均达到图样要求。
Based on the detailed analysis of the welding process characteristics of the steel storage tank assembly, a finite element model of the welding of the miter pipe and the cylinder is established. The thermo-structure coupling analysis is realized by the indirect method, and the welding temperature field and stress field The welding fixture to be designed is introduced into the welding numerical simulation process, which provides a theoretical basis for welding deformation control and fixture design. Practice has proved that the method of numerical simulation of welding can accurately predict the welding deformation and realize the robust design of the welding fixture. On the basis of the existing welding process, the welding fixture effectively reduces the welding deformation of the product, so that the welding qualified one-time pass rate is over 98%, and the size and geometric tolerance of the post-welding component meet the design requirements.
