针对我国智能电网发展趋势,构建了低碳效益评价指标体系;考虑到不同区域的环境因素对智能电网低碳效益评价影响较大,提出了一种基于三阶段-超效率DEA方法的低碳效益评价模型。该模型可以有效剔除外部环境因素对评价指标的影响,更加准确地反映不同区域智能电网促进低碳发展的效益大小。在此基础上,通过算例分析验证了该模型具有合理性和可行性。
In view of the development trend of China’s smart grid, a low carbon efficiency evaluation index system is constructed. Considering that environmental factors in different regions greatly affect the low carbon efficiency evaluation of smart grid, a low carbon efficiency based on the three-stage-super-efficiency DEA method is proposed Evaluation model. The model can effectively eliminate the impact of external environmental factors on evaluation indicators and more accurately reflect the benefits of smart grid in different regions in promoting low-carbon development. On this basis, the model is verified to be reasonable and feasible by the example analysis.
