本文应用原子吸收光谱和铁谱技术测定机油中铁元素含量和铁颗粒形貌,用表面粗糙度轮廓仪测定零件表面磨合前、后微观几何形状的变化,采用普通珩磨网纹气缸套研究S-195发动机的磨合过程。
In this paper, the content of iron and the morphology of iron particles in engine oil were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry and iron spectrum. The changes of the micro-geometry before and after the part surface grinding were measured by surface roughness profiler. The effects of S-195 Engine running-in process.
