分析了国内外稀有矿产资源的现状和存在的问题。阐述了国内开采现状:大量战略稀有矿产资源被破坏性或低价卖出。其他国家从中国廉价收购稀有矿产资源,进行了大量的战略储备。
The status quo and existing problems of rare mineral resources at home and abroad are analyzed. State the status quo of domestic mining: a large number of strategic rare mineral resources are destructive or sold at low prices. Other countries have acquired a large amount of strategic reserves from cheap acquisition of rare mineral resources in China.
