文章介绍了土建工程常用钢纤维混凝土(Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete,简称SFRC)中钢纤维的种类及几何参数,简单探讨SFRC的物理力学性能指标及增强增韧机理,总结了SFRC在渠道衬砌、抗冲刷部位等常见水利水电工程中的使用情况及工程效果,并重点以水闸闸室磨损破坏修补为例,阐述了SFRC在闸室加固改造中的施工工艺,最终实践表明,SFRC获得了较好的工程效果,社会经济效益明显。
In this paper, the types and geometrical parameters of steel fibers in civil engineering commonly used Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) are introduced. The physical and mechanical properties of SFRC and the toughening mechanism are briefly discussed. The effects of SFRC on channel lining, Site and other common water conservancy and hydropower projects in the use of the project and project results, and to focus on sluice gate repair damage as an example, the SFRC reinforcement chamber in the reinforcement of the construction process, the final practice shows that SFRC get a better project Effect, obvious social and economic benefits.
