Recently, Mr. Lars Nyberg, chairman and president of NCR Corporation of the United States, visited Beijing. During the three-day visit to China, Mr. Nyberg met with Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Mobile Communications Corporation, China Civil Aviation Administration, Beijing Hualian, and brought a whole new concept to the industry. - “Relationship TechnologyTM” (RT). “Customer relationship technology TM” is a technology that realizes customer relationship management through data mining and data analysis.
