文章通过问卷调查、实证分析 ,指出省级党校主体班次学员对图书馆参考咨询工作的基本要求有其自身的特点 :需求层次在差别中又见一致 ;参考咨询工作日显重要 ,但学员的信息素质和信息技能有待于进一步提高 ;数字化信息源所具有的无序化、动态化和多样化的特点给读者制造了一个陌生的数字信息海洋。文章据此强调 ,解决这些问题的核心内容和关键措施是 :服务、引导、教育
Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis, the article points out that the basic requirements of the provincial class main class students for reference work of the library have their own characteristics: the level of demand is the same in the differences; the reference work day is significant, but the information of the students Quality and information skills need to be further improved; the disordered, dynamic and diversified features of digital information sources have created a strange ocean of digital information for readers.
