In everyday life, we encounter such a phenomenon: some people get up in the morning, not awake, but dizzy, a little headache, after feeling better; or one in the evening, and dizzy again Discomfort. For most people, autumn is a wonderful season, with a feeling of autumn and fall, but not for most hypertensives. They may be safe after spring and summer, and some are not antihypertensive drugs, blood pressure can be controlled, but often fall into the autumn and winter drowsy, top-heavy feeling. How can these situations arise? It turned out to be related to variations in blood pressure. The body’s blood pressure is not constant at a fixed level, it is always in the cycle of different levels of change. The cycle is long and short, you can change cycle of one year, but also one cycle day and night. Most people’s blood pressure from high to low nighttime, nocturnal blood pressure can drop about 20% on average, diurnal variation of 5.33KPa. There are two peaks in daytime blood pressure: a big peak at 7-9 in the morning and 5-7 in the afternoon
