从目前我国油田生产过程来看,水驱采油已经成为了一种重要的采油方式。在这一生产过程中,采出水的处理成为了重要的生产环节。如果不对采出水进行有效的处理,采出水会因为含杂质过多、腐蚀性过大、含油和添加剂过多而对采油管线造成一定腐蚀,甚至会堵塞采油管线,影响油井的正常生产和运行。基于这种状况,油田生产中必须对采出水进行有效处理,尽可能的降低采出水中的杂质,将采出水中的石油和添加剂有效分离出来,并降低其腐蚀性,使油田采出水能够达到相关标准,并实现循环利用。因此,我们有必要对油田采出水处理进行深入的研究。
