文章认为中学教师心理适应性方面存在的问题主要有:教育改革带来自我否定的痛苦感、新型师生关系引发的不适感、自身素质发展滞后形成的焦虑感、教育理论与实践操作不配套带来的茫然感、付出与获得不平衡产生的挫败感。这些心理不适应是教育改革中应当加以重视的方面,需要通过外减压力,内强素质,优化教育教学环境,并提出相应的调节措施。
The article thinks that there are some problems in secondary school teachers’ psychological adaptability: the painful feeling of self-denial caused by educational reform, the discomfort caused by the new teacher-student relationship, the anxiety caused by the lagging development of their own quality, the uncoordination of educational theory and practice A sense of loss comes from a sense of frustration and an imbalance. These psychological inadaptability are the aspects that should be taken seriously in the education reform. It is necessary to improve the education and teaching environment through external stress reduction and internal quality, and put forward corresponding adjustment measures.
