患者男，30岁，热带雨林劳动致皮肤过敏性皮炎．于2008年8月25日就诊。体温、心率、呼吸、血压、血及尿常规等均无异常。给予维丁胶性钙注射液2mL（内含有机钙1mg，维生素D20．25mg），混合地塞米松注射液2mL（内含地塞米松4mg），肌肉注射，1次／d，行抗过敏治疗。
