目的:探讨腹腔镜术后联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效,并对术后用药的疗效进行比较,以探讨腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效。方法:回顾性分析腹腔镜手术治疗的中、重度的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的患者共66例,所有患者依据美国生育协会修正分期评分法(AFS-r)评分诊断,术前均经阴道彩超诊断为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,均为16～40分,临床分期为III～IV期,其中33例于术后应用孕三烯酮2.5 mg,每周2次,持续6个月作为治疗组;另外33例则于术后无用任何药物,作为对照组。对两者症状改善及远期预后进行比较分析。结果:治疗组和对照组两组术后盆腔疼痛缓解率分别为97.8%和78.2%,术后随访1～5年,其妊娠率分别为62.1%和22.5%;复发率分别为14.3%和52.3%;两组中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜术后联合孕三烯酮有利于降低复发率并能提高妊娠率,对改善远期预后有一定的价值。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of combined gestrinone treatment of ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery, and compare the efficacy of postoperative medication to explore laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone treatment of ovarian endometriosis Efficacy of cysts. Conclusion: Combined gestrinone after laparoscopic surgery is beneficial to reduce the recurrence rate and improve the pregnancy rate, which is of certain value to improve long-term prognosis.
