当教师首先要明确“为谁办学”班主任崔长琐同志说:干革命,做工作,都要有一个明确的奋斗目标。徐寅生同志所以能够打好球,是因为他“懂得了为谁打球的道理”,“把祖国的荣誉放在第一位”,是“为革命而打球”,“为中国人民争气”。而我们当教师的,是“为谁办学”“为谁教学”呢?老实说,过去我对这个根本性的问题,认识是极模糊的,想法是极错误的。总认为办好学、教好学、搞好自己所在的班级,这个“荣誉”是属于自己的,多让几个学生考上中学,自己就会“吃得开”,就会在群众中有“威信”。因此,办学,不问学生的阶级成分;教学,只看智育好坏。把衡量学生的首要条件的德育,看作“小事”,学习好,就归结为一切都好。记得有一
