花卉产业是21世纪的朝阳产业,其市场前景极其广阔。文章以环己烷为连续相,Span-60为悬浮稳定剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N’—亚甲基双丙烯胺为交联剂制备聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂。通过对不同条件下产品的对比实验,发现影响树脂吸水率最主要因素的是交联剂质量分数,交联剂质量分数为0.015时合成树脂的吸水率出现极大值。
Flower industry is a sunrise industry in the 21st century, its market prospects are extremely broad. In this paper, sodium polyacrylate superabsorbent was prepared by using cyclohexane as continuous phase, Span-60 as suspension stabilizer, ammonium persulfate as initiator and N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. By comparing the products under different conditions, it is found that the most important factor affecting the water absorption of the resin is the mass fraction of the crosslinking agent, and the maximum value of the water absorption of the synthetic resin when the crosslinking agent mass fraction is 0.015.
