Today’s archives work is under pressure from two aspects. First, the entire society is undergoing a transition from a planned economic system to a market economy. Many reform measures have been put in place. The original organization, staffing and business contents of archives have been affected to varying degrees , Resulting in some degree of pressure and impact. Second, the long-term thinking mode and behavior mode under planned economy still restrict the thinking and behavior of archivists.
