目的 探讨转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)对角膜碱烧伤机体巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞功能的影响。 方法 Balb/c鼠单眼角膜Ⅱ度碱烧伤 ,治疗组于模型制作后 1h内球后注射TGF β15 0ng联合腹腔注射TGF β130ng。动态观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和循环淋巴细胞对促分裂原刺激的转化功能 ,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果 经TGF β1治疗后 ,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力在 5周内明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;淋巴细胞转化在植物血凝素 (PHA)刺激时 ,3周内显著降低(P <0 0 5 ) ,但在烧伤角膜蛋白刺激时 ,差别无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 微量TGF β1对角膜碱烧伤机体免疫活性细胞的功能具有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) on the function of macrophages and lymphocytes in corneal alkali burns. Methods The monocrotaline corneal alkali burn of Balb / c mice was given. In the treatment group, intraperitoneal injection of TGFβ1 (30ng) and intraperitoneal injection of TGFβ1 (30ng) were performed within 1 hour after model preparation. The phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages and the transforming function of circulating lymphocytes to mitogen stimulation were dynamically observed and compared with the control group. Results The phagocytic capacity of peritoneal macrophages was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) after TGF β1 treatment. Lymphocyte transformation was significantly decreased within 3 weeks after PHA stimulation P <0 05), but there was no significant difference in corneal protein stimulation (P> 0.05). Conclusion TGFβ1 can inhibit the function of immunocompetent cells in corneal alkali burns.
