以北五味子的嫩茎段、叶片、叶柄、果柄为外植体,以MS和B5附加不同激素配比的培养基为基质,探讨了诱导北五味子愈伤组织较合适的外植体及培养基。结果表明:北五味子的嫩茎段是愈伤组织诱导的理想外植体,而培养基中以MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L和B5+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+KT0.1mg/L的诱导效果较好。
In this study, the tender stem segments, leaves, petioles and fruit stalks of Schisandra chinensis were used as explants. MS and B5 medium supplemented with different hormone ratios were used as substrates to investigate the induction of more suitable explants and culture of Schisandra chinensis callus base. The results showed that the tender stem segments of Schisandra chinensis were the ideal explants induced by callus, while MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg / L + NAA 0.2 mg / L + 2,4-D 0.1 mg / L + IBA0.3mg / L and B5 + 6-BA1.0mg / L + NAA0.2mg / L + KT0.1mg / L of the induction effect is better.
