目的　为了探讨粘附分子CD4 4在肝癌、肝硬化患者组织中的表达以及其与肝癌、肝硬化的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学检测CD4 4在 2 6例肝癌、16例肝硬化以及 5例正常肝组织中的表达情况。结果　CD4 4在正常肝中均有阳性表达 ,而在肝硬化组织中表达明显增强 ,在肝癌组织中表达差异很大 ,并且与肿瘤分化程度密切相关。结论　CD4 4分子在肝病中的表达随病情而异 ,对肝细胞肝癌的分化诊断及预后判断具有一定意义 Objective To investigate the expression of adhesion molecule CD4 4 in tissues of patients with liver cancer and liver cirrhosis and its relationship with liver cancer and cirrhosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD4 4 in 26 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 16 cases of cirrhosis and 5 cases of normal liver tissue. Results CD4 4 was positively expressed in normal liver and significantly increased in cirrhotic tissues. The expression of CD4 4 in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly different and closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation. Conclusion The expression of CD4 4 in liver disease varies with the condition, which is of significance to the differentiation diagnosis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma
