微网的经济调度是微网的重点研究内容之一。为解决分时电价机制下微网的经济调度问题,提出一种基于鲶鱼二进制粒子群算法的微网经济调度方法。考虑了微网中可控型微电源的启停控制策略,建立了计及经济成本和环境效益的微网经济调度数学模型。引入经济学中的鲶鱼效应,改进二进制粒子群优化算法求解问题。以包含风、光、微型燃气轮机、燃料电池和柴油发电机的具体微网为算例,在分时电价机制下,采用三种微网经济调度策略进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提算法求解微网经济调度问题的有效性。
Microgrid’s economic dispatch is one of the key research contents of Microgrid. In order to solve the economic dispatch problem of microgrid under time-of-electricity pricing mechanism, a microgrid economic dispatch method based on catfish binary particle swarm optimization is proposed. Considering the start-stop control strategy of controllable micro-power in micro-grid, a mathematic model of micro-grid economic dispatch considering economic cost and environmental benefit was established. Introducing the catfish effect in economics, improving the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem. Taking the micro-grids of wind, light, micro-gas turbine, fuel cell and diesel generator as an example, three microgrid economic dispatching strategies are used to simulate under the time-sharing tariff mechanism.
