步入21世纪后,随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,民营企业处于快速转型的文化变革新时代。现代企业文化战略已成为培育企业核心竞争力的重要部分,民营企业要找准定位,实现长远发展,必须培养独特的文化底蕴,建立特有企业文化,形成独有价值观体系。企业文化是人本管理思想为核心,它通过调节人们之间的关系,调动人的主动性、积极性和创造性,以实现人的全面发展。
After entering the 21st century, with the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system, private enterprises are in a new era of rapid cultural transformation. The strategy of modern corporate culture has become an important part of nurturing the core competitiveness of enterprises. To achieve a long-term development, private enterprises must cultivate a unique cultural heritage, establish a unique corporate culture, and form a unique value system. Corporate culture is the core of humanistic management thinking. It regulates people’s relations and mobilizes people’s initiative, enthusiasm and creativity in order to realize the full development of people.
