随着社会经济的快速发展,中小企业在经济发展过程中所占的比重越来越大,对国民经济的增长具有推动性作用。根据国家发改委在2015年发布的相关数据中显示,我国的中小企业占据所有企业的99.7%,在国民生产总值中占据百分之六十,在国民经济发展过程中占据着重要的地位,对我国的出口贸易、国家税收、社会就业等方面都带来了好处。在经济全球化快速发展的今天,中小企业想要获得长足性的发展,就需要得到国家政策相关扶持,为中小企业的进一步发展鉴定坚实的基础,在社会主义市场经济快速发展的过程中,中小企业还是处于弱势群体企业,需要得到国家的政策扶持。本文主要针对中小企业扶持政策效果的评价与经验实证进行相应的分析,深入分析扶持政策对中小企业发展所带来的影响,促进中小企业的进一步发展。
With the rapid development of social economy, the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of economic development is increasing, which has a promoting effect on the growth of the national economy. According to the relevant data released by the NDRC in 2015, SMEs in China account for 99.7% of all enterprises, accounting for 60% of the GNP, and occupy an important position in the process of national economic development. China’s export trade, state tax revenue, social employment and other aspects have brought benefits. Nowadays, with the rapid development of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which want to achieve substantial development, need to be supported by the national policies to appraise a solid foundation for the further development of SMEs. In the course of the rapid development of the socialist market economy, Enterprises are still in the disadvantaged groups, need to get the country’s policy support. This article mainly analyzes the effect of SME support policies and empirically empirical analysis, analyzes in depth the impact of support policies on the development of SMEs, and promotes the further development of SMEs.
