[公司简介]安泰科技股份有限公司是以钢铁研究总院为主要发起人,联合清华紫光(集团)总公司等单位发起设立的股份有限公司,注册地为北京中关村科技园区,公司股票于2000年5月29日在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市。公司的核心业务为高新技术材料产业,主要包括五大领域:超硬及难熔材料产业;金属功能材料产业;生物医学材料产业;精细金属制品产业;工业工程及先进制造技术产业。公司是经国家认定的高新技术企业,内部设有多个国家级及北京市研究中心,拥有省部级以上科研成果354项,获国家授权专利51项。目前从事多项“九五”科技攻关课题、“863”课题和企业自立课题等科研开发工作。安泰科技员工中56%拥有高、中级以上技术职称,并拥有中国工程院院士1人,享受国家特殊津贴人员20人。 [采访手记]与安泰科技总裁才让谈话,参观公司展室,我发现这个公司是一个尚未发掘的聚宝盆,这不仅在于它的前身取得了数以千计的科研成果,更在于他有一批始终站在相关领域前沿的科技人员和一个善于思考的管理团队。短短两个小时的采访,才让总裁从技术创新讲到公司发展战略、从人力资源管理讲到院所企业文化的刨析以及公司资本运营的思考等诸多方面,体现出公司作为新材料产业国家队的深层思考。
