县域非公企业税收是县级财政收入的第一支柱。县域非公企业的规模决定县级财政的规模。党的十八大以来,非公企业的迅猛发展,为社会进步、财政增长做出了巨大贡献。但随着经济社会进入新常态,县域非公企业发展对财政的贡献也面临诸多深层次新问题。本文结合广西宾阳县的实际,试就新常态下县域非公企业对财政贡献问题作一些粗浅的探讨。
County non-public enterprises tax revenue is the first pillar of the county level. The scale of county-level non-public enterprises determines the size of county-level finance. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the rapid development of non-public enterprises has made tremendous contributions to social progress and financial growth. However, as the economy and society have entered a new normal, the contribution of the development of non-public enterprises in the county area to the financial sector faces many new and profound problems. Based on the actual situation of Binyang County in Guangxi Province, this paper tries to make some superficial discussions on the financial contribution to the non-public enterprises in the county under the new normal.
