政策的引导性是我国房地产市场最大的特点,调控政策对房地产投资的影响,除了受市场等因素的影响以外,还受到政府的宏观调控的影响。作为推动我国经济发展的重要力量的房地产行业,由于其行业的特殊性,它的发展有许多不同于其他行业的特点。目前我国的房地产行业处在国家政策调控与市场经济体制改革双重背景下,其投资特点明显不同于其它行业。本文将对政策调控下出现的投资问题以及解决措施进行论述。
Policy guidance is the biggest feature of China’s real estate market. The impact of regulatory policies on real estate investment is influenced by the government’s macro-control in addition to the market and other factors. As an important force in promoting China’s economic development, the real estate industry has many different characteristics from other industries due to the particularity of its industry. At present, China’s real estate industry is under the dual background of national policy control and market economy system reform. Its investment characteristics are obviously different from other industries. This article will discuss the investment problems that arise under the control of policies and the solutions to them.
