目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)高纤维蛋白原(FIB)血症与颈动脉内膜厚度(CAIMT)、股总动脉内膜厚度(FAIMT)及斑块累及的相关性.方法用高分辨率彩色多普勒超声测定164例2型糖尿病病人及60例健康者(对照组)的CAIMT、FAIMT,同时测定凝血象、血脂等9项指标,并进行统计学分析.结果 2型糖尿病患者CAIMT≥0.09cm组与CAIMT<0.09cm组比较内膜厚度(IMT)与FIB、CHO、TG、LDL、年龄、DM病程(P<0.01)、高血压病程(P<0.05)呈正相关,与H
