目的了解中国农村中学生受忽视状况的影响因素,为采取有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法根据多阶段分层整群抽样原则,在全国随机抽取9个省/直辖市28个县的8 252名12~17岁在校中学生。采用“中国农村12~17岁中学生忽视评价常模”中的量表和方法进行问卷调查。结果中国12~17岁中学生总忽视率为47.3%,总忽视度为(49.40±9.48),不同年级与不同性别中学生的忽视率与忽视度差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。影响儿童是否受忽视及其受忽视严重程度的危险因素按其强度大小依次为与父母的关系、父母之间的关系、父母工作地点是否变动、父母收入是否减少、性别、是否有单独房间、是否独生子女(P值均<0.05)。结论中国12~17岁农村中学生受忽视状况严重,其影响因素涉及家庭、学校和社会各个方面。需多部门采取综合性的防控措施,减少农村中学生忽视的发生。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of neglect status of rural middle school students in China and provide scientific basis for effective intervention. Methods According to the principle of multistage stratified cluster sampling, 8252 middle school students of 12 to 17 years old in 28 counties of 9 provinces / municipalities were randomly selected from all over the country. Questionnaire was conducted by using the scale and method of “Negative Evaluation of Rural Middle School Students 12 ~ 17 years old ”. Results The total neglect rate of Chinese middle school students aged 12-17 years was 47.3% and the total neglect degree was 49.40 ± 9.48. The differences of neglect rate and neglect degree among secondary school students of different grade and gender were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The risk factors affecting whether children are neglected and their neglected severity are, in order of intensity, the relationship with parents, the relationship between parents, whether the work place of parents is changed, whether the parents’ income is reduced, sex, whether there is a separate room, whether Only children (P <0.05). Conclusions China’s rural middle school students aged 12 to 17 are seriously neglected, and their influencing factors involve all aspects of family, school and society. It is necessary to adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures in many departments to reduce the neglect of rural middle school students.
