社会公德是现代社会中调节公共生活的基本准则,它是道德与法律的交叉部分。公德的内容和要求随时代而变更。为加强公德建设,应依据社会公共生活的发展而适时地调整公德的概念内概和实施途径。
Social morality is the basic criterion for regulating public life in modern society. It is an intersection of morality and law. The content and requirements of ethics change with the times. In order to strengthen the construction of public morality, we should timely adjust the concept of public morality and its implementation in accordance with the development of social public life.
