在现代模具企业,基于数字化技术的现代模具设计方法已得到广泛的应用,具备数字化设计工作能力已成为模具设计人员必备的基本职业能力。本文引入基于数字化设计工作过程的课程理念,构建了“塑料注射模具设计”学习领域课程。在对注射模具数字化设计的典型工作任务深入剖析、细化和提炼的基础上,对课程的学习领域描述、学习情境的构成及学习任务的设计进行了论述和典型实例说明。
In modern mold enterprises, the modern mold design method based on digital technology has been widely used. With the ability of digital design and work, it has become the essential basic professional ability of mold designers. This article introduces the concept of curriculum based on the process of digitized design work and builds the course of “Plastic Injection Mold Design”. Based on the analysis, refinement and refinement of the typical tasks of the digitized design of injection mold, the description of the learning domain, the composition of the learning situation and the design of learning tasks are described and the typical examples are given.
