Objective To explore the impact of psychosocial factors on the value of trustworthiness of recruits and to provide basis for mental health education. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to revise 562 (subscript L), subscale of personality (SCL-90), 16 personality factors questionnaire (16PF) Recruits for psychological evaluation. Statistical processing using single-factor analysis of rank variance analysis, Spearm an correlation analysis and Amos path analysis. Results The trustworthiness of recruits was negatively correlated with SCL-90 factor and total score (r = -0.114-0.205, P <0.01), and positively correlated with the stability, self-discipline and constant sex of 16PF (r = 0.085-0.257, P <0.05 or <0.01), and negatively correlated with the 7 factors of tension, anxiety and suspicion of 16PF (r = -0.084-0.218, P <0.05 or <0.01) (R = -0.090 ~ -0.182, P <0.05 or P <0.01). Amos path analysis showed that stability and stress contributed the most to recruits personality (β = 0.75, -0.70; P <0.001) (Β = 0.91,0.87; P <0.001). The direct effects of life events and personality on trustworthiness of recruits (β = -0.08, 0.20, P <0.001) and the difference between personality and mental health The indirect effect of trustworthiness was significant (β = -0.098, P <0.001). Conclusion The value of trustworthiness of recruits is influenced by negative life events, personality and mental health factors, and personality plays an important role in regulating the impact of mental health on the concept of trustworthiness.
