作者通过总结１２８例老年非心原性肺水肿（ＮＣＰＥ）的临床资料，阐述老年ＮＣＰＥ是通过临床表现、Ｘ线检查、血气等资料综合分析确诊；临床医师应特别注意快速大量输液引起的老年性ＮＣＰＥ；并就治疗的有关问题进行了讨论。
By summarizing the clinical data of 128 elderly patients with non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema (NCPE), the author states that elderly NCPE is diagnosed through comprehensive analysis of clinical manifestations, X-ray and blood gas. Clinicians should pay special attention to senile NCPE; and discussed the treatment-related issues.
