从棉花根围和根内分离到 17个供试菌株在平板对峙培养中 ,都能极显著抑制VerticilliumdahliaeKleb(简称Vd)的生长 ,其中 15株的抑菌率大于 6 5 % ,最高达 89.6 %。这些菌株的培养滤液也对Vd的生长有抑制作用。对供试细菌的防病及棉花出苗安全性所作的盆栽试验结果表明 ,13个菌株对棉花出苗表现安全 ;10个菌株防治棉花黄萎病效果极显著 ,其中 4株 (ICB 18、NCD 2、CS 2 5和CS 2 7)的防治效果达 72 .3%~ 81.4 % ;3株 (C 94、C 2 8和NCD 2 5 )的防治效果达 5 5 .7%~ 6 1.9% ,而且这 7株对棉花出苗都安全。田间试验结果表明 ,在这 7个菌株中 ,菌株NCD 2能够极显著地防治棉花黄萎病 ,防治效果为 78.1% ;另外 4株 (ICB 18、CS 2 5、C 94和C 2 8)能显著降低黄萎病病情指数 ,防治效果达 37.1%~ 4 7.3%。
Verticillium dahliae Klebs (Vd) could be significantly inhibited in 17 confluent cultures from cotton root and root isolates. Among them, 15 strains had an inhibitory rate of more than 6.5% and a maximum of 89.6%. The culture filtrates of these strains also have an inhibitory effect on the growth of Vd. The results of pot experiment on the prevention and control of bacterial infection and the safety of cotton seedling showed that 13 strains were safe for cotton emergence and 10 strains were extremely effective in preventing and controlling cotton verticillium wilt. Among them, 4 strains (ICB 18, NCD 2, CS 2 5 and CS 2 7) reached 72.3% ~ 81.4%. The control efficacy of 3 strains (C 94, C 2 8 and NCD 2 5) reached 55.7% ~ 6 1.9% 7 strains of cotton are safe. The results of field experiments showed that strain NCD 2 could prevent and treat Verticillium dahliae wilt significantly and the control effect was 78.1%. The other 4 strains (ICB 18, CS 2 5, C 94 and C 2 8) Significantly reduce the disease index of Verticillium wilt, the control effect of 37.1% ~ 43.3%.
