针对晋煤集团赵庄煤矿3#煤层回采巷道出现严重底鼓情况,通过对围岩破坏机理和影响巷道底鼓的各种因素的分析,确定巷道底鼓主要是由巷道围岩应力大和支护不合理造成的;随后提出顶板和两帮采用锚网索加强支护,底板采用锚注技术或锚注+卸压槽联合支护2种方案。通过FLAC~(3D)软件数值模拟巷道塑性区和位移场的变化情况,分析了底锚杆、卸压槽分别对巷道围岩的影响。
According to the analysis of the failure mechanism of surrounding rock and the various factors that affect the bottom drum of tunnel, aiming at the serious bottom druming situation in No.3 coal seam of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine of Shanxi Coal Group, it is determined that the bottom drum of roadway is mainly caused by the large stress and support Unreasonable resulting; then proposed roof and two groups with anchor net reinforcement support, the anchor using the anchor or anchor + pressure relief combined support two kinds of programs. The FLAC 3D software was used to simulate the change of plastic zone and displacement field of the roadway, and the influence of bottom bolt and pressure relief groove on the surrounding rock of the roadway was analyzed.
